Preventive maintenance

Our team of highly experienced engineers will deliver mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance to meet the Client’s need.

Our engineers shall visit Client’s premises to carry out planned maintenance tasks to meet the contract requirements to ensure the performance of equipment and continuity of system.

Our preventative maintenance programs shall cover following tasks:

• General Inspection
• Operation safety check
• Check for overall proper operation of equipment
• Lubricate and grease parts
• Replace worn/tear or damaged parts
• Make routine adjustments
• Make necessary repairs
• Test and approve each for proper operation

• Air Circuit Breakers(ACB)
• MCC panels
• LV and MV motors
• Power Transformers
